PTFE colored sewing thread
NETTtex® color sewing thread is made by a unique patented blending technology, which is adding nano fluoro based pigments to ptfe dispersion resin. The product has the characteristics of full color, oxidation resistance and high fastness to sunlight while maintaining the excellent characteristics of ptfe resistance to temperature and corrosion.
NETTtex® ptfe filament, produced by "paste extrusion" process, has round diameter, uniform drying, large modulus (stiffness), no fuzz and etc, which is the preferred material for weaving fabric in liquid filtration, spunlaced scrim and chemical drying net.The density specifications is from 90dtex (80D) to 2200dtex (2000D), can be designed and produced according to customer’s requirement
